A Quarterly Gathering for Women
Sunday
Communion
Come exactly as you are.
Leave different than you arrived.
“The intention of Sunday Communion is to be more than an event — it is a community for women focused on transformation, deep connections, and cultivating joy.”— Miss AJ Williams
What is Sunday Communion
Not a workshop.
Not a class.
A container.
A curated, immersive experience designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through identity shift and daily integration.
Meditation & Breathwork
We begin by arriving — fully, intentionally. Guided meditation and breathwork create the inner space for everything that follows. This is not performance. This is presence.
Sound Immersion
Guided sound bowl experience led by Miss AJ Williams. Each session is attuned to the arc’s intention — moving energy, releasing what doesn’t belong, making room for what does.
Movement & Yoga
Yoga facilitated by Randi Williams. Movement as integration — the body as the site of transformation, not just the vehicle that carries the mind around.
Teaching & Communion
A full teaching from AJ Williams on the arc’s theme, followed by an in-room workshop activity. We close with communion — wine, charcuterie, honest conversation, and each other.

II
Prayer — Meditation & Breathwork
Guided meditation and breathwork to arrive fully in the body and release whatever the week has carried.
-
III
Praise & Worship — Sound & Movement
Sound immersion guided by Miss AJ Williams. Yoga guided by Randi Williams. The body as the instrument of transformation.
-
IV
Sermon — Teaching
A full teaching from AJ Williams on the season’s arc. This is not inspiration — it is instruction. Real depth. Real application.
-
V
Workshop Activity
An in-room activity that takes the teaching from concept into lived experience. This is where integration begins.
-
VI
Communion — Wine, Charcuterie & Flower-Themed Offering
We close together — with a flower-themed offering, noshings, conversation, and honest witnessing. Community is not an add-on. It is the point.

INTEGRATE:
Letting Go of the Identity
That Kept You Safe
A Sunday Communion Experience · July 12
There is an identity you built for survival. It helped you navigate relationships, rooms, and realities that required a version of you that could be managed, accepted, and kept safe. That identity served you. And it is no longer the whole of you.
This gathering holds the space for what most people avoid: the grief of releasing who you had to become in order to step fully into who you are. This is not about forgetting. It is about integrating — and finally letting go.

This Experience is For You If…
You’re ready to move from awareness into alignment.
You feel it — even if you can’t name it yet. You’ve outgrown parts of your life but haven’t been fully able to step into what’s next. You’re ready to move from awareness into alignment.
Sunday Communion was built for exactly this season. Come as you are. Leave with more clarity, more connection, and more of yourself.
- You’ve outgrown something but don’t know what comes next
- You want a community of women doing real inner work — not surface-level inspiration
- You’re searching for a space where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or explain yourself
- You’re drawn to the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and embodied practice
- You want tools for real-time transformation — not just weekend retreat highs
- You’re ready to be in community with women who are doing the work seriously

Miss AJ Williams
Spiritual Wellness Architect & EducatorI created Sunday Communion because transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community, in breath, in sound, in honest teaching — and in the moment you realize you are not the only one.
Miss AJ Williams is a Spiritual Wellness Architect and Educator devoted to embodied spirituality — the integration of spiritual insight into lived alignment. My work sits at the intersection of spiritual depth, psychology, and embodied practice — and I believe that every woman deserves a framework that sees all of who she is.
Sunday Communion is the gathering I wish had existed for me. It is the one I am building — for you.
