A Quarterly Gathering for Women
Come exactly as you are.
Leave different than you arrived.
“The intention of Sunday Communion is to be more than an event — it is a community for women focused on transformation, deep connections, and cultivating joy.”— Miss AJ Williams
What is Sunday Communion
Not a workshop.
Not a class.
A container.
A curated, immersive experience designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through identity shift and daily integration.
Call to Communion: Welcome
We gather, we ground, we arrive. The space is held from the first moment. You are expected, and you are welcome.
Prayer: Meditation & Breathwork
We begin by arriving — fully, intentionally. Guided meditation and breathwork create the inner space for everything that follows. Release whatever the week has carried. This is not performance. This is presence.
Praise & Worship: Sound Bowl & Yoga
Sound immersion guided by Miss AJ Williams, yoga guided by Randi Williams. Each session is attuned to the arc’s intention — moving energy, releasing what doesn’t belong, making room for what does. The body as the instrument of transformation.
Sermon: Teaching & Workshop
A full teaching from AJ Williams on the season’s arc — real depth, real application. Followed by an in-room workshop activity where integration begins.
Communion: Wine, Charcuterie & Flower-Themed Offering
We close together with a flower-themed offering, wine, charcuterie, and honest conversation. Each gathering brings its own seasonal surprise — from hosted herb bars and curated botanical experiences by Grams & Pearls to DIY bouquet stations and more. Community is not an add-on. It is the point.
Spring 2026 · Year 1 Arc
EVOLVE:
Reclaiming the Truth
of Who You Are
A Sunday Communion Experience · April 12
There comes a moment when the life you’ve been living no longer feels like a true reflection of who you are. Not because you’ve failed, but because you’ve evolved.
This experience explores the difference between the identity you were shaped into and the truth of who you are beneath it. Through guided reflection and emotional awareness, you’ll begin to understand how your identity was formed, why it once felt necessary, and why releasing it can feel like loss.
This is the starting point of real transformation — the moment you stop performing who you’ve been and start reconnecting with who you actually are.

This Experience is For You If…
You’re ready to move from awareness into alignment.
You feel it — even if you can’t name it yet. You’ve outgrown parts of your life but haven’t been fully able to step into what’s next. You’re ready to move from awareness into alignment.
Sunday Communion was built for exactly this season. Come as you are. Leave with more clarity, more connection, and more of yourself.
- You’ve outgrown something but don’t know what comes next
- You want a community of women doing real inner work — not surface-level inspiration
- You’re searching for a space where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or explain yourself
- You’re drawn to the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and embodied practice
- You want tools for real-time transformation — not just weekend retreat highs
- You’re ready to be in community with women who are doing the work seriously
The Work
Deepen the Practice
The gathering opens the door. The workbook takes you through it.
Each Sunday Communion gathering has a companion workbook — a standalone intellectual work that carries the teaching further than the room can hold. Designed for women who were in the space and for those who were not. The work belongs to you either way.
Reclaiming the Truth of Who You Are
A Companion Workbook for the EVOLVE Gathering
A five-part guided experience built around the question underneath the gathering: who were you before the performance began? Includes deep teaching, a full identity excavation, a pattern origin inquiry, a multi-week awareness practice, and a closing integration. This is not a journal template. It is a complete course of inner work.
Letting Go of the Identity That Kept You Safe
The companion workbook for the July gathering. Available after July 12, 2026.
Choosing Yourself Without Explanation
The companion workbook for the October gathering. Available after October 11, 2026.
The arc continues.
Nine years. Nine themes. A complete body of work for the woman in the process of becoming who she actually is.
The gathering plants something. The workbook tends it.Sunday Communion · An Immersive Spiritual Wellness Experience

Miss AJ Williams
Spiritual Wellness Architect & EducatorI created Sunday Communion because transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community, in breath, in sound, in honest teaching — and in the moment you realize you are not the only one.
Miss AJ Williams is a Spiritual Wellness Architect and Educator devoted to embodied spirituality — the integration of spiritual insight into lived alignment. My work sits at the intersection of spiritual depth, psychology, and embodied practice — and I believe that every woman deserves a framework that sees all of who she is.
Sunday Communion is the gathering I wish had existed for me. It is the one I am building — for you.
